"Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive."

"A well presented hotel in a convenient location - about three minutes walk to Les Bergers ski area. The hotel is clean and the rooms are pleasant. The bar area is nice to relax in and the staff are great, especially Alicia. "

"I loved the location as it's right beside the Jandri Express. Hotel room was large but the ensuite was behind a sliding door so unfortunately you can hear and smell everything that is coming from the toilet! The ensuite is large enough to have a bath however there is only a shower. The rooms are very modern but not practical as there is not enough hooks to hang up ski gear or put away your clothes. The radiator did not work and was on max the whole time so the room was very stuffy. Breakfast...

"Camping charmant, mais il est surprenant de trouver en France des structures qui ne parlent pas le français. Camping très prisés des touristes hollandais, plusieurs problèmes avec la réservation hôtels.com, le camping ne trouvant pas trace, puis voulant nous facturer les draps. Enfin petit déjeuner continental cher, de mauvaise qualité et trop léger en quantité."

"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."

"Brilliant location in a great skiing resort. Was a bit apprehensive looking at the mixed regiews but we found it excellent. Decent size apartment and very new. Everything worked and very clean. We had to get two lifts to get to the 8th floor but that was fine. Nice touch with swimming pool. Would definitely go again and 9 out of 10 for us."

"Noisy machinery working through the night. Some sort of pumping? Kept me awake. Shower was very low pressure. No cleaning materials provided, I had to buy and leave behind. Otherwise ok. "

"The rooms were nice, modern and tidy. But it was very small in the toilet The food was amazing however not much option for young kids. Everything was in french so had to guess what the food was. With an allergy I find this quite surprising that you don’t alsl have English written. The staff was accommodating in the restaurant and bar. However the reception staff I found very rude, abrupt and very unhelpful. I was not advised of the hotel amenities and general hotel information. With no English...

"Luckily for us it snowed the day before & the ski lift was open meaning we could ski to & from the apartment block. Checking in was busy, a large group had just arrived so it took 30 mins to get checked in. Long walk down to shops, restaurants etc, long walk back up many steps after."
