A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. "nicely furbished hotel with a gondola and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. beautiful view from the balcony. Everything is quite new and very clean, nice and cosy. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing between rooms and in the corridor. however overall i really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it! "
