"The hotel is in a nice quiet and safe area. Metro stations are close by, as is the RER train station that connects to trains to Versailles. The property is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was relatively small, but that’s what you get in Europe. Nice terrace, nice lobby and bar. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Dame des Arts! The room was very well appointed, comfortable and clean. The restaurant and their staff were phenomenal and went out of their way to accommodate us without reservations even though they were very busy. Can’t praise enough how wonderful everyone working there was. The rooftop bar was gorgeous, although the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy it like we would have liked to. Highly recommend staying there and can’t wait to come back! "

"The hotel is conveniently located and is discreet and very quiet which is excellent for anyone who is jet lagged . The staff is extremely professional and helpful . The cleaning service was so so and I often had to rewash the cups and glasses . The gym could be improved but I am mindful few people use it in Paris . Overall recommend highly "

"I stayed at four hotels during my Paris trip and this was by far my favorite! I enjoyed my time there so much I tried to stay longer but they were fully booked. Great room amenities, towel warmer which I want now and a bidet (first time using one) it was fine. Staff spoke great English and all except one (short older man) made me feel completely welcomed. I heard him yell at the sweet girl at the front desk a few times during my stay when she was just being a good host. But even that didn’t ruin...

"Friendly welcome and good service - location near Metro very convenient. Room was very comfortable and clean, hotel communal facilities are nice. Commendable focus on the environment - however the filtered water stations on each floor did not always work and the room was very warm (air con not on until summer); we were advised to open the window but huge exhibition centre next door with loud noise from early morning meant this wasn’t ideal with young children. "

"The staff overall was very pleasant and willing to help, hoewever, i was surprised to see that there are no cart for the luggage, no staff to help with lugage (my colleagues and I had 3 pieces of luggage each), and there is only 1 elevator for guests and staff (cleaning crew with carts) so make sure to plan ahead and don't be in a rush because you will wait for that elevator 😅😅 The breakfast was really good and the staff was so nice and always ready to bring out freshly baked bread and...

"Great location and staff. Free water at front desk and bottles for room. They had plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy food in the building. Great cafe/bakery around the corner. Very walkable and safe, metro accessible. Room was medium sized however we were a group of 3 and were able to make it work. Only downside is toilet is in separate room from sink and shower!"
