They just refurbished the rooms and charming penthouse sweet has a great view of both direction. Light and airy with contemporary decor with full bath and powder room. Highly recommended!!

Great location and what a view! walking to all left bank and Latin quarter. Metro accross the street. Charming hotel oozing with character and with an artistic flare in a centuries old building. Loved it.

We had only stayed here for a couple of nights but the one thing I loved about this place was the staff. They were amazing, so friendly and helpful with everything (best spots to go, routes etc). The room was smaller than expected to be honest but am overall pleased with everything. Hotel is close to the a lot of stations (including the line that goes directly to the airport) which made everything so much easier. Would definitely recommend this to couples though (my mate and I noticed that it's probably more for couples but hey can't complain all we needed was somewhere to sleep).

The room was very small, but very cute. The hotel tried to upsell us to two beds (we were given one double bed, and it was my sister and I travelling), which we denied. Then they tried to upsell us on a bigger room with a view, which we denied. So we had a small room looking at a wall. But again, it was cleaned exceptionally well daily and was still very cute. The location is great, on the busy Saint Germain Boulevard. The staff was exceptional! The concierge helped us to change a dinner reservation when we were running late. And each time we needed the cab, they explained where we were going to the driver. The concierge also helped us book our taxi to the hotel. Very friendly staff and I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel centrally located to shopping, two metro stations and wonderful Restaurants. Valerie and Doa's recommendations and service was outstanding. The continental breakfast had a large selection and other amenities such as loaner umbrellas, newspapers and optional airport pick-up made this place an excellent stay. Shower Space is small- -European style, but rooms are comfy. Highly recommend!

Miriam went out of her way to make our stay very pleasant. All front desk staff was exceptional.

The hotel is nice and located near lots of attractions. The staff was absolutely wonderful!!! They made our stay even more amazing.

This is hotel is beautiful, very nice and modern. Location is great close to Eiffel Tower and cafes restaurants. Customer service was very helpful. Unfortunately the bed was very unconfortable, too soft so after traveling so many hours and walking all day by Paris we were so tired and wanted to rest as much as we could but we woke up every night with back pain. Also the shower conduct was block and we could take more than 3 minutes shower per day otherwise the water will star coming out of the shower into the bathroom floor.. By the way the last night our shower flooded and our room floor was all wet. Rooms are very small but nice looking.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Platine. It was a comfortable room and the staff were very helpful and polite. The disappointing thing about the hotel was the breakfast was very sparse! I felt that there wasn't enough choice of cereal and also being an English couple we really enjoy a cup of tea and the hot drinks came from a machine that wasn't very nice. Also, the room did not offer a kettle or any drinking facilities which I felt that would have been a very welcoming attribute to welcome guests. Overall I would come back to this hotel, for a few minor adjustments.
