Being up for close to 36 hours is difficult. I offered to pay extra for early check in and that was not an option. They did store baggage. "

"The bathroom is new and clean but there’s no door in the shower makes the water from the shower spill outside that makes the floor wet, and the toilet is separate from bathroom which doesn’t have sink to wash hands. The cabinets are big, you should remove some of it and put a sink instead. The rooms AC is not working makes the room so warm at night, good thing it’s cold outside we just open the window. "
