"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "This hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the palace and steps away from the main restaurant strip. The room was clean and well appointed. The hotel staff (front desk is at a sister hotel around the block) are friendly and accommodating. "
