"The carpet in the hallway is showing wear. We were upgraded to a suite but the HVAC dìd not work. We asked for help at front desk but no help was given. No resolution to the problem. "

"Excellent location, very close to the main street in El Calafate. The staff is very friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable. Recommended!"

"Loved the historical features in the hotel and room whilst it still felt modern and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful and the on-site restaurant was great food and convenient - we were even able to take wine back to our room from there even though it's separately operated from the hotel. Room was spacious - though we requested one bed, we were allocated a twin room - not a big deal as the beds were still comfortable, it just wasn't acknowledged that the room preference could not be met....
