"This hotel offers a great base to explore the Argentinian Patagonia and Parque Nacional Los Glaciares. It has a rustic feel to it but it is clean and the rooms are comfortable. As a base for adventurous tourists, they need better breakfast options. Most tours depart at 6 am and their restaurant opens at 6am. There is little to no flexibility in terms of preparing breakfast boxes or opening the restaurant earlier, so they need to work on this. We missed our breakfast on one occasion precisely...

"It was an excellent stayed at this hotel, beautiful surrounding, the staff where very helpful at all times, the included breakfast was one of the best I've had in hotels around the world, I would definitive stay here again, and recommend it to others. The only bad thing, I guess it can happen to anyone, is that room service lost my expensive sleeping eye mask, reason for not leaving them any tip in the room."

"I had problems with the next room every night. The hotel's wall allows you to hear very conversations, laughing, dragging baggage, and anything. I even knew that they were checked in around 10 PM and checked out around 5 AM from the noise. However, the room was very clean and the location is the best for going to the city center. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Before you make a booking, please compare the pros and cons."
