The hotel seemed a bit isolated if you did not have transport, but on site were nice gardens and the restaurant has an outdoor terrace area. Also an indoor pool on site. Convenient for Schonefeld airport.

A friendly, welcoming hotel, the staff were very attentive, and allowed us to leave luggage with them before check in whilst we went to explore the city. Rooms were very clean, and beds made every day. Shuttle bus every 30 mins and always on time to take us to train station, airport, always helpful staff. We would definitely stay again, and enjoyed our first trip to Berlin with two young children.

Excellent hotel and staff…would stay again

I spent a few days here and it was a great experience - friendly staff, spacious, well designed rooms and an atmosphere of calm throughout. The breakfast is excellent, and although understandably the buffet is out of service due to the current circumstances, the ease of ordering and presentation of the fantastic food more than makes up for this. It's worth being aware that the hotel is located away from the centre, but a five minute stroll to Tiergarten station takes you to any of the tourist...

A fabulous boutique hotel with great links into the city, great staff, great food and a stunning room overlooking Orania Platz.

This is an extraordinary hotel, crafted from an extraordinary building with a dark past into a bright present. If you like your history, architecture and comfort this place is for you. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and the facilities very comfortable. A luxurious aesthetic without being too poncy! Not sure about the cocktail premise but happy to give most things a go once! Great location for veggie restaurants and antique shops. Easy travel connections.

Very convenient for the station and central Berlin. Modern , well equipped, friendly and helpful staff, good sized rooms. Very pleased we chose there for our Berlin stay

Friendly and efficient as always. Room was spacious and clean. Lovely breakfast

The biggest hotel room I've ever had. It had 3 windows. Amazing bathroom, so spacious, 2 sinks, bath and a separate shower. So modern, quiet, we had a great stay

Wasn't far from the airport, we got a cab which cost around €19. Was greeted by friendly staff whom spoke good English. The lobby was warm and inviting and very well kept. Our room had huge windows and was a good size room for our 3 night stay. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. We arrived Sunday eveing and by luck there was a McDonald's two minutes away so we didn't starve as nothing else was open. The train station was about 15-20 min walk away wich we used everyday to get around Berlin...

Beautiful hotel, outstanding swimmingpool and breakfast. Bus 200 stops in front of the hotel. A stone throw away from the Zoo.

Extremely well located for both transport links and the main sights. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet, beds were comfortable. Nice pool open until late with no time restrictions for kids. Staff were very friendly. The only downside was the rather expensive hotel restaurant (Midtown Grill), but there are plenty of cheaper alternatives nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

What an amazing stay and hotel in the center of Berlin. Lovely hotel room, very friendly and welcoming staff, and excellent breakfast.
