We loved the hotels location next to many attractions. It felt safe and although it was new years and loud at night we found the hotel well insulated to keep out the noise and keep in the heat. The bed was comfortable and the shower’s were hot. The hotel staff was very attentive with special mention to Thomas who was very professional and kind. We ate often at the coffee shop and had new year’s dinner at the restaurant. That would be my only issue was that the 4 course meal was exceptionally attractive but not to my taste. It’s worth mentioning I am a very good cook and, have a very critical palate others in my group were happy and they loved the wine selection. When I return to Berlin this will be the only place I would stay. Our group of two couples all found the hotel excellent.
