"Its very convenient to dining, shopping, sight seeing and train station. its really in the middle of the city. Nice breakfast, comfy bed and i love the 2 pillows, cozy bedroom, if only theres a coffee maker and complimentary water inside the bedroom. Im going to stay here again if given a time for vacation!"

Nothing outstanding except the lady who checked me out and she was just lovely. The rest of the staff had the typical Swedish attitude thinking they were better than everyone else. "

The hotel is in a perfect location, with good transport links and shopping nearby. The walk down the harbour to Nyhavn was lovely, and everything was so clean and beautiful. "We had a lovely stay at Comwell Copenhagen. It is a modern hotel, close to the metro station. It is a very quiet area but a short walk to a few restaurants and obviously easy to get around on the metro. The room was nice a comfortable and the room cleaning policy was very good (only clean when you want it cleaned via QR code). Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for a stay."

We stayed three nights on the third night we questioned why the room has not been cleaned and no tea and coffee replaced. we were told we have to ask the night before if we want the room cleaned, we said we should have been told this at check in. The lady asked what am i after compensation !! poor customer relations"
