Really had a lovely stay

Hotel was great, friendly staff, amazing food. We would definitely stay there again. If they could arrange better weather they would get 11 out of 10!

A flying visit, arriving late and leaving early. Welcoming and comfortable, however the overwhelming standout and the reason that I will definitely return is the food - dinner and breakfast were both exceptional.

From the moment we walked into reception we felt valued and treated as if we were a valued customer. Keith checked us in took us to our room explained where everything was including fresh milk in the fridge for your morning coffee or tea in your room and home made cookies, and how to get to the spa and pool. He was also the one we asked about other things to do in the area and he was always happy to help look up or suggest things. I cannot remember when I have had such a warm welcome at...

A lovely warm welcome (home made cookies!) and a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beds huge, bathroom accessible, bathroom products divine, and there was lots of storage space. Walking distance to the beach and to The Ship Inn, and easy driving distance to other interesting places to visit: Felbrigg Hall, Holt, Blakeney (seal safari) and Wells Next The Sea all worth a visit. Breakfast was lovely and service excellent.

We loved our stay. Beautiful room and delicious breakfast. Thanks very much

We were made welcome from the time we checked in and all hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is dog friendly and cleaning staff even took the trouble to put a small plastic map for our dog's bowls in the room. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent breakfasts and excellent meals in both the restaurant and bar. The licensee who was on duty for most of our stay - Steve - was exceptionally helpful and went out of his way to make to make our stay enjoyable.

Room was spotless. Comfortable bed and great shower

A three day stay, very satisfied with service, room, food, and would certainly use again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Barns and would love to visit again

Good stay, overnight on business, the staff were all very friendly, the food was excellent, yes i would go back again when I'm next in the area,

We cannot think of any significant shortcomings about this hotel and enjoyed our four night break

We love here for that reason this is our second trip. Little bit hilly but that's OK. Food at the restaurant is tasty, however BINGO !! You have to be fan of this entertainment otherwise beautiful place to spend quality time. Next time definitely we're planning to stay longer. Thanks guys !

Highly recommend. Gorgeous restaurant and rooms with a beautiful courtyard garden. Perfect for us with two children who were in same building but floor above via internal staircase. Car park just round the corner had to pay separately for but plenty spaces. Bed was fine but could have been more comfortable and slippers would be good but appreciated the robes. Lots of lovely little touches like welcome cocktail in room. Nice coffee machine. On a Tuesday it was continental breakfast delivery to...

Everything was spot on. Thank you

Loved everything about the hotel, outside cabin and spa. Lovely relaxing time with a friend for the weekend. Very clean. Lovely staff and amazing sunday dinner. My only annoyance was my friend forgot her toothbrush and they charged us £2 for one. I feel a complimentary toothbrush would not have affected their bottom line considering how much we spent at the property. But otherwise a beautiful venue with great staff and a beautiful luxurious spa.

Friendly staff and were attentive at all times. Good food, both evening meal in restaurant and the breakfasts that we had. Clean room. Pool was warm and clean including changing areas. Lovely relaxing stay in lovely location and grounds.

Beautiful place to stay, very comfortable and inviting 😊😊 wish we could have stayed longer
