"Really lovely room. Lots of extras you don't usually get like a fridge, water, washing up liquid and cloths so you can wash up your glasses and cups, umbrella, torch and magnifying make up mirror. On arrival there was really tasty home made flapjacks in the room. Our room had a little decking area with chairs. We sat out one evening and it was so peaceful. "We usually stay the night before our travels from Norwich airport. The hotel is walking distance from the airport . This time we did have an issue with our room. However this was quick;y sorted out by Nikki, she was extremely helpful, very professional and wished for our stay to be a happy one. Thank you Nikki. We did have our evening meal in the restaurant. It is so nice to have a relaxing time before travelling the next day."
