"Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was large and clean, and everything worked. It was also centrally located and close to everything you would need. Restaurants, train station, shopping, etc. I would 100% stay here again!"

You can take the metro subway from the Central Train Station. ( Unfortunately the tourist information guy was quite unhelpful and never mentioned that option So ask) The restaurant was excellent. "Very well located to center of attractions, nightlife, and restaurants, just off of some of the main streets, Savoy was great. Rooms were large, laid out well, modern, and in good shape. Check-in was disappointing, little explanation about the hotel, no real greeting or welcome, although friendly, this was off-putting to be honest. Despite that, I would definitely stay again. "

"Our first time to stay at Novotel and the location is ideal, just 10 min walk to Central Station. Its in the Passage, so super convenient to all shopping areas of the Hague. Great breakfast! When we first arrived I thought the room was a but small bc we had paid extra for a larger room, but as the week went on we got used to it. The parking garage is a bit tricky, but we always found a space for our car. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay in The Hague. "

"It’s a nice hotel, with warm, helpful and friendly hotel staff. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room (#3204) with a difficult access. There is no elevator to get directly to our room. We had to pass thru plight of stairs. As we were joining a 2-week cruise, we had big suitcases with us for our personal stuff. One of the hotel staff at the Reception Desk had to help us to get to our room on our arrival day. It was quite difficult for us - as all 4 guests are retired ladies with 2 of us...
