Sub par experience
Hotel & overall experience sub par to my previous experience with Marriot hotels. Albeit very friendly staff, our check in took about 30-45min long (as they were not find our reservations..). The hotel rooms and bathroom are in dire need of updating. But the cherry on the top was the very poor/ horrible breakfast experience. Ofc due to Covid-19 things had to be adjusted (buffet not available etc); this doesn’t however excuses the staff unresponsiveness and the complete lack of service. Not only we were not Informed that other food options were available, but we also didn’t receive a menu nor explanations as to what was available. Basic things as cutlery or toasters weren’t available... I asked for toasted bagel and after a long 15min waiting the bagel came back as it left. Overall 👎
