Quiet and clean hotel across the street from the Erasmus University campus. The tower is prominent when you come out of the Kralingse Zoom train station. Just look to the left it’s a 700 metre walk on the same side of the road. Good place to stay (maybe the only one) when visiting the university.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a drain issue with the shower. When I informed the front desk staff about it, knowing that I am from Canada and may not be returning back, instead of a credit, she kindly waived the breakfast charge for us to compensate for this shower issue.

The rooms were well equipped, clean and well presented. The air-conditioning worked well. There was a bit of a funny smell in the room which I think comes from the fact you can't open the windows so no fresh air can get in. Breakfast was fantastic and the kids loved it. It was a good hotel and we'd stay there again.

We love Novotel properties and this one is a standout. The receptionists were very welcoming, the rooms are large and the buffet is exceptional. The place is well-decorated and clean. The location next Erasmus campus and the trains can't be beat. We will definitely stay here again.
