"We really enjoyed our stay here. We were attending the Look a Like festival and not only was the hotel was perfectly placed but was a fabulous location. Not only were we right next to the waterfront but we could see right across to Blackpool from our window. The room was lovely and the bar/restaurant area excellent. The whole team who worked there were so friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble, We would highly recommend this hotel."

"I had made an error in booking and the staff member, I can't remember her name, was really helpful. All the staff I encountered at breakfast and the front desk were really lovely and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the rain shower heads, made the early wake up so much easier."

"Decent little apartment, clean, comfortable. Perfectly good for a couple of days stay. You've got to bring everything except salt and pepper if you want to cook, but everything seemed to work OK. Managed to time our arrival for the exact moment the local farmers were muck spreading, which made the first afternoon a bit unpleasant on the nostrils, but that's hardly the venue's fault. "

"Our second stay. A really nice hotel with a great view over the Pleasure Beach. The hotel is very clean. I am not keen on buffet breakfasts but others seemed to enjoy it. The service was good but I would recommend two members of staff on reception at checking in times, we had to queue a while. The wine in the room was a nice touch but we could not drink it as we do not like red and we could only swap it for Chardonnay, which we don’t like either, unable to swap for Sauvignon. "Great location, modern hotel, rooms clean , beds very uncomfortable . Breakfast very good. Would not stay again only due to beds being very very soft and didn’t sleep well at all, which was real shame as lovely hotel. Did ask to move to another room but was told the beds are the same in all the rooms! Would recommend Resturant and have breakfast/dinner on future visit. "

"Excellent and professional staff very polite, comfy clean rooms with easy access after hours. Lots of parking very good for disabled people with mobility problems such as myself. Food was excellent with more than enough. One down side was I was woken early morning by dogs barking as it’s a dog friendly but at least I was up for breakfast so was nothing to complain would recommend you to stay "
