"Hotel was ok the reception looks great and then you get to your room and it is super basic, needs some attention but was ok to sleep in. The bed wasn’t the best but like I said was ok for 1 night. So glad I didn’t pay full price, tried to book spa and no one responded. Reception staff were ok the check out was terrible the staff member just didn’t care at all."

"Amazing stay really enjoyed it we will definitely stay here again we visited for my brothers wedding the breakfast was lovely and the 2nd day I asked for porridge as wanted to have something different as was travelling back to Kent my partner enjoyed the cooked breakfast and fresh fruit the staff were so friendly on arrival made us feel welcome and both morning we had different staff and each and everyone was lovely I’d highly recommend staying here xx"

"Very friendly staff, the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was full of kids so we didn't went for a swim. Breakfast was good and had many options. The car park was quite full and the spots were a bit tight (even worse because a lot of people didn't know how to park 🙃) But overall was a nice experience! Highly recommend it!"

"Overall a good stay, big rooms with a lot of space and storage space, the staff for exceptionally helpful and the leisure club was nice. The downside of the hotel was very dated, the Wi-Fi is extremely patchy, which is not ideal when you are working away. The bed is a super king on first glance, but it is actually two beds stuck together with a gap down the middle which was not particularly comfortable. I think I would probably stay here again, however the small issues that I faced do need to be addressed"
