"Very nicely located at the arrival of the cable car, 3 minutes by foot, no noise, brand new hotel. You can start skiing from there. Just huge and crowdy. Though I stayed 4 nights, I had to change room after 1 night because of different customer name and the other room was much smaller. Funny meal ordering system, but convenient."

"Been coming to the swiss holiday park for years since my children were very little and there’s always so much going on for them. Beds are comfortable, apartments clean and functional, staff are helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone with young children. "Very friendly and helpful reception counter staffs. Stefan even offered us bottled water when we were checking out for us to stay hydrated. The hotel is very near the train station and easy to wheel luggage from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is just opposite Migros and there is also a side entrance to the train station platform from there. Very convenient esp if it is raining. There is airconditioning at the hotel, so we can keep our windows closed, which are quite sound proof. The...

"The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "
