"The location of this hotel couldn't be better, in old town, walkable and convenient to everything. The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
Would definitely stay here again on a return trip."

A luxury appointed boutique hotel with sophisticate modern style and furnishing. The beds and bathroom were excellent but the superior room was quite small. There was a free minibar with water, beer and fizzy drinks but for coffee one had to go down to the reception.
There was no room service but the restaurant was fabulous with a great buzzy environment and great service, said to be the best in Zurich and I would not doubt that. We had one evening meal which cost CHF400 for two people but as a...

Quirky hotel, but I’d definitely stay here again - great rooms, helpful staff, and a good location. Just wish I knew which switches did what in the room (multiple lights, multiple blinds, multiple different switchboards). Overall, a great experience!

Wifi and Breakfast was good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Shame that it does not have a restaurant but there are many nearby thus the reason. Some decor needs a facelift but hey a very quiet location for a good nights sleep.

Excellent communication from start to finish
With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here.

Reasonable price as Zurich is expensive. Decent breakfast for 15 francs. Bed was comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Only a few minutes walk from the station and lots of places to eat close by.
