At our arrival, we were greeted by Julien who was extremely polite and friendly and took care of our needs immediately. The breakfast was good, but the staff were very nice and helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our choice!

This property is in the old part of town and well located near shops and restaurants. Only a 10 minute walk to the main Train Station. My room was cozy and small but if you like more quiet, especially if you are there on Saturday, make sure you request a higher floor. The breakfast is also quite good..

A lovely property in old town Zurich. It's close to the tram and about a 9 minute walk to the central train station. The room was very comfortable and restful. As noted in the hotel information, the hvac is centralized. We opened the window as it was slightly stuffy in the room and that worked well. The area is quiet and we enjoyed our one night stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was in a good location. It’s Switzerland, what can you say. It’s expensive and there is no value for money. But the staff were really nice and the breakfast was lovely and I would recommend staying here.

The staff was great, there was plenty of room in the Junior Suite, the location can’t be beat and we had all the towels and coffee pods we needed. Our only complaint was that the shower had very poor water pressure and sometimes the unit was hot requiring we open the windows and then it was a bit noisy.

I’m a New Yorker with high expectations and this place was super cute, comfortable, modern, clean, helpful staff and the best location. They even had a parking space for us which was beyond helpful in this area with little to no street parking. I would stay here every time just for the parking !

The hotel is about 500m from the nearest tram stop making it very accessible to see Zurich and the surrounding countryside. thr hotel is run by very welcoming friendly staff and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a varity of items to choose from. happy to give this hotel a glowing recommendation

Check-in was easy and staff were very helpful with questions and scheduling pickups when checking out. Rooms were very clean and well taken care of and housekeeping did a great job. Hotel was very close to many restaurants and shops, very walkable. For places further away the main train station was within a 10 min walk.

The room was lovely and the property was immaculate. It’s located right in the center of Old Town so it’s close to everything. So many shops and great restaurants right outside the doors. It very close to the train station and to Lake Zurich. The only downside is that it is very loud. Lots of street noise and church bells. We are sound sleepers so did not have an issue but we did have to sleep with the windows closed.

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and spacious, however, some old pipes were exposed next to the nightstand that look old and twisted. The breakfast was pretty basic/petit with a variety of juices, hams, and fruits. Nothing exotic or vast.
