"The room we were originally allocated had faulty lighting in the bathroom – the central light didn’t work at all, and the one over the mirror flashed constantly. It must’ve been like that when it was cleaned after the previous guest, but had clearly not been attended to. When I raised this, the person working on reception quickly allocated us to a another room, which was quite satisfactory."

"Extremely disappointed with my weekend away with my partner. The accommodation itself was really lovely; spacious, finished to a high speed specification and had a really good feel to it. Unfortunately we encountered many issues. The heat in the apartment was unbearable, it was only 19 degrees outside but the apartment had no air movement at all and the windows opened a very limited amount. "The apartment is modern and the stay was very comfortable. However the management of the property is below incomptent and extremely inefficient. They forgot to give a 'key code' or welcome documents and hence I couldn't check in on first night out of 3 booked and paid nights. There was no way to contact them and I had to find an alternate means of accommodation for the first night with two young children. Seven Livings offerred to re-imburse for one night and after a month this has not...

"If you’ve spent days travelling to this apartment and then told it was not available and you’ve got no where else to go. Then this is the apartment is for you. I had to spend my nights on a friend sofa in Wolverhampton and only got part of my payment back which I’m still disputing."

"Be warned - this property is a scam. Had to collect keys a 30 min drive away. Room hadn’t been cleaned. Floors dirty. Decor poor with cellotape holding toilet flush together, etc. main issue was the bed was filthy - black mould on the sheets and hadn’t even been changed from previous guests. Host won’t communicate with hotels.com so I paid £150 to sleep fully clothed on a sofa. AVOID"
