"Absolutely amazing staff. I stayed with my toddler and the staff couldn’t have done anymore. Barry on reception was incredible and made us feel so welcome and my son couldn’t get downstairs quick enough to see him. James was also extremely helpful and again a hit with a very active toddler. "We were less than a block from the beach. Although the room was small, it was painted light and felt airy and roomy. The only downside was the shower. It was tiny, which is manageable, but the rain shower head made it so there was no place in the shower you weren't getting wet. There was not a shelf for soap or anything and the door wouldn't close. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

S good selection of restaurants on Terminus Rd which was about 5 mins walk away. On street parking (via permits from the hotel) for £2.20 a day, which was very reasonable. Room was good, with sea views, and everything we needed. All in all a good value hotel, I’d stay here again if I came back to Eastbourne. "
