"It was a 5 day business stay from abroad. It is hard to get around without a taxi or bike. Uber is available but the wait time varies from 15-25 minutes. I had dinner at their restaurant twice. The dinner was great but the service is below average. I found the place to be a bit expensive. The rooms and views were great. I asked for electric kettle to drink hot water but they did not provide and suggested to use Nespresso Coffee Machine which is a bummer. "

"Booked as a “standard double room”, it looked nothing like picture on Hotels.com. Looked out on a great wall (see photo), very small, no desk or place to put stuff, no hotel phone, incorrectly informed about maid services. Friendly staff but poorly trained. I stayed at room 25 and they have rooms with a view of the market but not clear how to book those."

"We were satisfied with the price/quality but the internet pictures tend to make you think it’s more of a hotel than a motel which we think it is. We are not knocking it and have stayed at a lot of „Hotels“ that are not as good and much more expensive."

"This was our second visit to Blue Nijmegen. Once again we were impressed by the staff, meals, cleanliness and comfort. The bed was so comfy that it was difficult to get going in the morning. The only minor downside is that the rooms are a bit snug, especially with the TV at the foot of the bed. We will be back!"

"It was an amazing stay. The guesthouse is a great hotel with all the amenities required. We were there 4 nights and it’s a great hub for travel in the Netherlands. Nijmegen is a beautiful city with great restaurants and cafes and an awesome vibe. The guesthouse is truly a home away from home. The staff and owner are friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. The cafe downstairs has great coffee and sandwiches. "

"I did not like the room because there was no air conditioning and there were no fans available from the reception desk and the breakfast had some scramble eggs that were not tasting good no eggs to order so first time here and last time here. "

"The property is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. You can't park directly at the hotel but there is an underground garage 5 minutes walk across from the park behind the hotel. They do let you pull up to unload and load luggage for check-in/out and discount the parking garage fee. The Riverside view was spectacular and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay again."

"I am staying on this hotel for 13 nigths!!! And the room single room was awfully nasty!!!! The shower dosent work properly hardly any water come through. Never change my bed in 13 days!!! Hardly never got Hoover my room, the toilet was a terrible smell sence the first day I walk in!!!! I will never stay here again!!!! After I pay a lot of money to stay here!! So please becarefull!!!"

"Lovely hotel in a village just a few miles from Venlo. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. I had one of the best nights sleep in months. Breakfast was served downstairs in the restaurant and the cold meats, cheese etc served on a platter, with the bread, croissants etc in a separate basket. Plenty for two people "

"The quiet country setting was the perfect first night of our tour thru Europe. The historical of a former brickyard/ industrial site added charm and character. In March there were only a few guests. Our room was clean and comfortable. Shower floor was bathroom floor, but functioned well."
