Amazing shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. All main aspects of the stay were excellent. However there were some minor tech niggles. USB plugs not working so no charging the mobile phone. Poor TV reception. An extremely bright light emanating from the wall mounted tech terminal. So bright in fact it made it hard to sleep. For example in reception there are no toilets which is strange. Secondly in the bedroom for some unknown reason at 6:30 am local time all the lights came on in the bedroom and didn’t go off, it woke me and disturbed my sleep. No idea why there was no explanation. No note no one in reception when I left to answer this so it’s gonna get a reduced rating because not only Did it disturb my sleep? It makes you think what an earth is going on with their electrical lighting systems.
