"You get what you pay for. This is a clean and tidy property in a great place to visit Stratford etc. Free parking. The place however looked tired and in need of a bit of tlc. The tv didn’t work which was a bit disappointing since the WC semi final was on."

The room although a bit noisy, it was at the front of the hotel and we had the window open due to the heat, was well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities - extra sachets of coffee and milk are available at reception. Breakfast was cooked to order and was well worth the short wait. All in all we could not rate the hotel more highly"

"Amazing place to stay. We were attending a funeral down the road and it was the perfect location for us. Great value for money and including breakfast which was excellent.
