"I had to call the hotel to arrange a very late/early check in, outside normal hours and the staff was very accommodating. We had to wake them in the middle of the night but the hotel was able to get us into our room and some much needed sleep."

The Ring Pub & Hotel is set in a very quiet rural location. There is beautiful countryside surrounding it. There is a small caravan park to the rear of the pub. There is ample parking.
The pub itself is a character building which has been recently renovated. There is a nice bar area and a side area which I presume normally would be a restaurant and is where breakfast is served. This is all in a clean and modern style.
There are only 3 guest rooms as far as I can tell. This makes it a...

Great rural location, everything you need in your room has been thought of including fresh milk in a small fridge.
You order your breakfast the night before and breakfast times are very convenient

We had a wonderful stay at The Bulkeley. Overall the hotel was clean, charming and very well located. Our sea view room with a four poster bed was really tastefully decorated, with period features and a modern bathroom. The views out the window were also beautiful when the sun shone! Staff were lovely and the breakfast and coffee served with it was very tasty. I would definitely recommend staying!

Roaring log fires, traditional wood beams, good food and drink - what not to like. Wider Wi-Fi coverage than many places - in rooms and in lounge etc . Friendly and helpful staff. Short stroll to charming Maritime Village and access to coastal walk.
Easy drive to many other interesting places so good for driving as well as walking.

A very rare review – but our stay at Y Capel was absolutely faultless. Although a remote annexe of The Erskine Arms (on the same small street, opposite Erskine Arms) it is absolutely beautiful. A converted chapel with its own parking, one vehicle per room. It is ideally situated, right in the centre of Conwy. Walking distance from all the essential venues in Conwy. The building, the rooms and communal areas are all spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated. Our room (Number 10), was very, very...

The staff were very welcoming & friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
The room was clean, tidy & light. Plenty of tea, coffee, bottled water & biscuits, which were replenish daily.
It was ideal having the pub attached as we did not have far to travel for a meal & drink. The food was delicious, fresh & plenty to choose from.
The breakfast was amazing. Plenty of cereal, bread, yoghurts, tea & coffee. The booked breakfast was cooked to order & cooked fresh, it was delicious.
I would highly...

Great hotel with a beautiful view from our room (paid extra for sea view)
On a slight hill with a few stairs to access.
Ate on site at the Indian restaurant which was delicious. One of the nicest curry’s I’ve ever had.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking is limited but we always found a space. There is a car park very close by for £2 a day.

The hotel is a sizeable place, nicely decorated and the grounds are well maintained.
Website pictures of the rooms are generous... but no complaints.
Everywhere clean and tidy, room was comfortable (albeit a wee bit smaller than expected), parking was safe & easy and breakfast delicious.
Location is excellent. Beautiful part of the world.
The £97 for a nights stay with breakfast inc was good value, and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the standard was very high. From the moment we arrived Simon was very welcoming and explained how the hotel worked. Our sea view room was superb and could not be faulted. Breakfast was preordered and was of high quality. Simon gave us excellent advice on how to get to a site where we had stayed 42 yrs ago, the hotel was demolished a number of yrs ago and we followed his recommendation of the location of a high quality cafe on the way. He was spot on and...
