"The hotel provides a very positive initial visual experience with very well decorated and maintained general areas restaurants and bedrooms
However an unadvertised demand for a parking fee (£10 / 24 hrs) immediately on arrival before we’d even unloaded all bags from our car did not go down well including the surly way this was demanded
As we’d been travelling for several days we had a lot of baggage and had to search for a luggage trolley (no assistance offered) which I then had to get into the...
