"I enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if I return to Oak Park! Room was clean and comfortable and hotel is perfectly located to walk to shops, cafes and even the Frank Lloyd Wright neighborhood. The little pub inside was lively and fun. The Italian restaurant & bar inside was welcoming, friendly and had a vast array of delicious choices. The owner/executive chef Gio was one of the most delightful people we met on our trip to Chicago!"

"As a hairstylist, I appreciate the quality shampoo, conditioner & body wash available in the shower. I would never consider using most hotel hair products but these were great. Bed and pillows were fantastic also!"

"We are not of Hispanic descent and would have liked to have a regular American breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and/or sausage gravy & toast. We don’t eat tacos & scrambled eggs for breakfast. The employees were very nice & helpful."

"I loved the location. I stayed here because it was right next to the Rosemont theater. The staff is great. The one thing that they could really use is new sofa beds in there rooms. I ended up sharing the bedroom with my son. The sofa mattress looked old, uncomfortable, and kind of nasty. I’d stay there again. However I would go with a regular double bed room instead of a suite if they don’t get new sofa beds by then. "

"We went to celebrate my teenager's birthday. We stayed here once before and we had a really nice time. The pool was really crowded but managed to get some time where our little group had half the pool to play catch, so that was nice. Breakfast was *very* crowded. I guess it's popular. Aside from a frustrating issue with accidentally being overcharged (still waiting to get my money back), it was super fun. Very clean room and bathroom--not so much the pool water!"

"Anise the at reception went out of her way to help me after I checked in. She was very kind and professional. I wasn’t thrilled by the shuttle bus driver eating chips while driving and failing to even say hi. Ninety more than made up for it though. "

"Everything was great until the morning. The gal who checked me in was fantastic, helpful, and friendly. She scheduled an airport pickup for 6:30, told me to be in the lobby 5 minutes early. She said breakfast started at 6, but if I was running late I could request a complimentary breakfast bag. The next morning, I came down at 6:20, asked for the breakfast bag, and the gal told me to get breakfast, that she would make sure the shuttle didn’t leave without me. Well, i came in the lobby at 6:28...
