"Lovely room but restaurant service is slow. Lots of time when there was no one in the restaurant. At breakfast we sat down on our own accord as there was no one around,after what seemed like a long time, I got us the menus and eventually someone came to take the order. They need more staff and better trained staff."

"Had a lovely stay, was a drop of the hat booking. Lots of shops if you have forgotten anything. Staff was lovely especially Chris the night porter who couldn't do enough to help. Was biker friendly also due to the weather they let us stay an extra hour. "Service and food excellent. Room a little tired. Windows dirty and need maintenance. View over courtyard. No parking so had to pay at the carpark behind. Bit of Walk in the rain. Food was exceptional. Room could do with a little tic. "

"We were given a disability room off the car park so not in the main building. So no view of anything except a fence 18” from our window. Not sure why hotels think people with disabilities don’t need a surface to put their toiletries on in the bathroom. I find this in every room of this category we’ve stayed in. "

"We had a lovely stay , we did have a problem with our room the first night , due to a loud humming noise , that kept us awake most off the night , but when we told staff in following morning they apologized and moved us and upgraded us to Premier room , we slept really well after then , the food was very good and the staff very helpful and kind "
