The only slight negative was the toilet and shower facilities which are shared with the campsite, these very fairly basic and got quite messy when the site was busy. "Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. "

"On a positive the size of accommodation suited our multi-generational family, it was well equipped and comfortable. The facilities at Mill Estate were good. I was very impressed with communication from Orion, administratively everything was very smooth. Just a couple of niggles which I mention constructively for improvement; outside of the entrance door was overgrown with spikey, stingy foliage which look unkempt in relation to other properties in the vicinity, our 4yr old got prickled!...
