"Stayed recently for 2 nights (not for the first time) and it was excellent again !!! Great staff, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good bar food and service. My only gripe is need more choice of draught Lagers (San-Miguel on draught would be awesome please !!!!) Overall 10/10 👍"

"The owner opened the door for me and she knew my name ! Couldn’t do more for me I felt I had everything I needed ! The breakfast was superb just enough food to satisfy me and it was very tasty abs freshly cooked ! It’s perfectly located for the town centre. Just one let down was I couldn’t find any other plugs apart from the one next to the kettle and the tv was in a strange place (guess that’s a personal preference tho) Apart from that I had a lovely stay and will definitely be booking in...

"The room was a executive double , the room was a great size with a large very comfy bed . The bathroom was massive and felt very luxurious . The bedroom itself was a little tired , the carpet a little thin though it was spotlessly clean . Good value for money will use again for sure . "

"Spacious, comfy room. Clean! Although some hangers in closet, No hooks in the room to hang robes/ clothes etc Only 2 tea bags provided so had to keep asking for more which we didn't like to do.. the additional tea and milk were provided without any question. Our room was just by the internal corridor door which got quite disruptive with the continuous opening and closing as oeople walked through. Good Central location "

"Lovely views room and hotel recently refurbished nice decor. No parking and no hair dryer available and had difficulty with the wi fi. Door access with pin not easy and steps to top floor were a challenge with luggage. Breakfast very good would recommend and would stay again."

"The listing said the hotel had a restaurant. It doesn't, it has one next door which doesn't open until 9am, which was too late for us to have breakfast. This was a problem. The staff were very nice and helpful and found me a bottle opener when I asked. The room was comfortable, bathroom was a bit outdated and worn but v clean and the cost was very reasonable so I was very happy with it. "We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future."
