"Had a great stay this weekend! Very close to the beach was able to walk there in less than 10 minutes, can hear the waves from outside of room. Did have a little bit of an ant problem but not a big deal, didn’t affect our stay(: "

"I liked the history of the place and the antiques and care they have for the style of the original 1904 design. It's situated walking distance from the wharf and a short drive to Cannery Row. It's also surrounded by several restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in didn't have A/C, so that might be challenging in the Summer. But it has a lovely fireplace, which warms the room pretty well. My husband and I are older, so it's helpful to have safety bars in bathroom and unfortunately this room didn't have that. It was difficult for me to get out of that deep tub. We will return, and perhaps stay in one of the historical rooms next time."
