The front desk staff seemed overworked and unsettled, not able to attend to guests adequately- I felt like a bother. Staffing issues it was suggested. "

"Personal parking was right across an unbusy street and didn't need to pay for it through the hotel. The lobby was beautiful, rooms were simple and well appointed. A vent in the bathroom would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. Overall, a very nice stay."
