To say I was shocked at the conditions of this Sheraton is an understatement. When you stay at a Sheraton you expect a certain standard that is associated with the name! When we walked into the hotel on a Monday afternoon until we left on a Friday afternoon the hotel lobby, elevators, hallways, doors, everywhere stayed dirty. We NEVER saw anyone cleaning the common areas, then again we never saw anyone unless we looked and had to ask the workers at Starbucks how to find a hotel employee! The room smelled, the walls were stained, the carpets were stained, when we walked into the room the microwave was running and would not shut off it just kept running, I asked the front desk in the morning to have it replaced and get more towels and they did not bring it until after I had to recall them in the evening and ask again! The room was small no where to place your luggage, the bathroom was so tiny it was laughable, the beds were worn down as were the sheets and pillows. NO ONE was wearing masks or enforcing them to wear them in the common areas, yet they would NOT clean our room for 4 days because of "COVID" restrictions, that is just an excuse for the Sheraton not to hire back MORE people to clean truly disgusted by the hotel and the lack of staff they have. Also when I asked the concierge where to get a good breakfast she suggested Denny's! Really? Come on... then she said the Casino across the street had a breakfast buffet, we walked over there and they did not.
