"This is a cozy family owned hotel on the quiet end of Sunny Beach. We booked last minute when our plans changed. Although it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the big hotels, the management offers great service and flexibility and excellent English speaking skills. They went above and beyond during our brief visit. "

We played pool and the personal was very engaged to clean the tables or to ask for things we might need. Its a 10 minutes walk to the beach and the promenade, supermarkets are in the vincinity. "Rooms are dirty and very outdated. Needs renovation. Balcony's are almost connected with each other room so people can tweek in your balcony or room and even break in its not safe. Room smells too. I was there for 4 nights and they cleaned 1 time and only the floor. Oh and there are too many gypsies."

"Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight! "
