The manager adds charges to your bill and tries to keep your passports hostage when you ask for an invoice or a breakdown of charges and then proceeded to call police on me who are paid already to always take hotel side in these situations. STAY CLEAR!

Super hotell med vänlig personal. Vi hade bara ett par timmar att spendera på hotellet. Vi skulle med en transfer buss på kvällen. Vi blev till och med erbjudna att äta frukost på kvällen ❤️❤️

KARLOVO NOT IN LOVOVO

Great hotel, good position near beach, 10min walk to flower st, main area for bars/clubs /restaurants. Just 3 issues that drops my rating from 4 star, to 2stars. Issue 1, don't expect a good breakfast, worst I've ever had, issue 2, if you have a car, they charge you £5 a day to park. Issue 3(and the most essential), the supposedly free Wi-Fi measured 3.5mb when I did a speed test, disgraceful if you need to stream anything was a waste of time. Not only that, but you couldn't use it in the room. So if you can do without the essentials I needed, then it will be fine, but beware. Great English breakfasts available for £6 or12lev down the road. Pool average but OK.

superb hotel for low budget - recommended

the hotel is in great location near the centre with everything in walking distance of no more then few minutes. rooms are big with good A/C and balcony. breakfast is really good and in the room you have fully equipped kitchen with microwave and kettle. a few things i hope the hotel will fix/change: 1) changing towels only once in 3 days, i think it should be every day. 2) we stayed in the new/renovated building and the hot water tank is inside the shower room and it is very small tank. for 2 people its ok but when have kids/more people there isn't enough hot water and last people to shower will have cold water. 3) mattress is too much soft i will come back, stayed there already 2 times.
