I have stayed here before and is one of my hotels of choice. I was given a room equipped for the disabled so was large. Only comment is the fact that the bed was a little narrow and the heating / cooling was a little difficult to see / operate. I would stay again.
This is my second stay here at the Heronston. It is a comfortable hotel, good service/helpful staff, but the food quality is mediocre and it would be great to have a selection of movies on the television.
The Holiday Inn Express Swansea East was the perfect stop on our way to Pembroke Dock ferry. A very pleasant stay after a long day exploring the area.
Arrived late but rang ahead. Rang again when we arrived and waited a few minutes for some-one to let us in. Problem with car park but helped to park on street. The room was clean but disappointing. The breakfast was great and the service excellent. Overall good value for money.
