"This place was great. Room was great! Lobby and free diy coffee and coffee machine was wonderful. You got a free small sake, wine or juice upon arrival from a cool little machine. They had free entertainment every night I was there. Ranging from a short film to live music and DJ. They had a chill small balcony on the 2nd floor, outside the lobby. Room had everything from large flatscreen TV to a face steamer, desk & stationary. If you're not Japanese, they had apps on their TV for you to login...

"Long wait at Check-in as several guests encountered issues with their check-in and have to request help from the hotel staff. Suggest to have physical hotel staff to manage check-in. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful in arranging taxis pick up to the subway station. "

"The Ark hotel is less than 30 metres from Osaka metro Nagahoribashi entry gate 3 and within walking distance of Dotonbori. We found the room comfortable and service extremely good. The breakfast was great too. I would stay here again."
