"The hotel has a great location and a very nice lounge. It also has a laundry room, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, I accidentally booked a smoking room while traveling with my child. I went to the reception three times to ask if it was possible to change to a non-smoking room, but the staff were not willing to change to a non-smoking room. What annoyed me the most was the breakfast. You can no longer order after 9:30 a.m., which is very early. If you arrive around 9:00 a.m., you have to rush to get your food before breakfast closes. I think the breakfast hours should be extended a bit later."

As we were in Osaka to use as a “spoke and hub” location to see Nara and Kyoto and other towns, we were only really in the hotel to sleep and shower. It was all we needed. Close to subway and railway stations. I’d totally recommend APA Namba."

"The hotel itself was ok, you are basically paying for the location, which is superb. Right next to Universal Studios Japan and Universal City. The ability to walk to USJ was amazing. The breakfast buffet is huge with a variety of foods to choose from, but very different for Americans. My food connoisseur son was eating white rice, seaweed and salmon for breakfast, while my other son stuck to mini corn dogs and french fries...for Breakfast! Will we stay there again, probably not as there are other hotels nearby that seemed nicer. Overall it was ok, the location being the best part"
