"If you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your room and you don’t go in the summer, this is your place. It is an old building but very clean. Rooms are just big enough for the beds and maybe a chair but the bathroom is modern. There is NO room air conditioning which I did not realize but we had a canal view room and opened the large windows which made it perfect."

"This hotel is in a great location for a few days in Amsterdam. It is close to the tram but you can walk everywhere to the major attractions and there are lots of local bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are lovely and exceptionally helpful - friendly and welcoming. The rooms and breakfast area is immaculately clean and newly renovated with a great shower. The rooms are very small and the bathroom tiny but if you are in Amsterdam to see the sights rather than stay in a hotel, it is...

"This was a great place for a home base in Amsterdam. We walked everywhere. It was also close to a tram which is a super efficient way to get around the city when you’re too tired to walk any further. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Beds were excellent. They had an ELEVATOR!"

"place was typical European small compared to North America, but the location was excellent .The place was clean and staff were awesome . You could walk to a lot of highlight destinations from the Hotel. I would say there again if I went to Amsterdam. It was about a two minute walk from theCentral Train station."
