"I stayed at the Casa hotel for one night due to moving house the following day. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and welcoming. I was allocated room 23 as I made my way to my room I did get a little lost due to stairways and corridors but this was not a problem. I arrived at my room and was pleasantly surprised, the room was bright and extremely clean I couldn’t fault it at all. "This was my third stay because I liked it. So I recommend all visitors and guests to book it once and try it. This time the room I stayed in was not very clean. Especially the toilet was not clean. I recommend to keep a toilet brush in the toilet."

"Close to the centre of Reading, this is a lively nightspot with accommodation. Access was easy and although our room was on the first floor it is quite high up so noise from the bar (which closes at 11) wasn't an issue. Staff were very friendly and helpful; room pleasant; shower, bed linen, towels, toiletries, coffee/tea facilities all of a high standard. A pity breakfast not available, but lots of good places in the vicinity."

"Had a lovely stay, was a drop of the hat booking. Lots of shops if you have forgotten anything. Staff was lovely especially Chris the night porter who couldn't do enough to help. Was biker friendly also due to the weather they let us stay an extra hour. The Breakfast was 2nd to none and breakfast staff where lovely didnt know the lady chef but she was very helpful and kept me loaded with coffee" she knows who she ls! "Lovely room but restaurant service is slow. Lots of time when there was no one in the restaurant. At breakfast we sat down on our own accord as there was no one around,after what seemed like a long time, I got us the menus and eventually someone came to take the order. They need more staff and better trained staff."

"We were given a disability room off the car park so not in the main building. So no view of anything except a fence 18” from our window. Not sure why hotels think people with disabilities don’t need a surface to put their toiletries on in the bathroom. I find this in every room of this category we’ve stayed in. "
