"Stay was absolutely fabulous. Upgraded my room to a King and the comfort didn't disappoint. The staff were always friendly and knowledgable for restaurant pick or as for me I needed to do laundry and the staff promptly let me know how to get to the Washing Well. Shame I had such a short stay. Only thing I wish I knew is where the non slip mat would be found, the bath tubs are slippery when wet."

I would recommend parking in the medium stay car by the car park which is free after 4pm and then at 8.30 am you can pay 5.90 for whole day and then free again after 4 and on Sundays. "I’ve left several reviews for this hotel, the main issue I always find is the lack of staff at busier times, I spoke to one member who was in charge of the reception, bar and restaurant, this is fine if the hotel is very quiet but not so good when busy.
