"Great view from the window — really peaceful and quiet. The hotel is in good condition overall, although it could do with a bit of maintenance in some areas. The staff were really helpful throughout our stay."

"Fairly new hotel, ideally located for travelling into Cambridge (local bus within 5 min walk), free parking and great buffet breakfast. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that there is something wrong with the plumbing! We arrived at our room, and it looked like the toilet had already been used. We alerted Reception, who apologised and offered us a free drink, but this happened every time we left the room and came back. We can only assume there are rusty pipes or (hopefully not) some backflow issues from another toilet."

"We’re disturbed all night by rude guests. Staff were not willing to come and check in on the noise and put an end to it. I was woken up at least 5 times before 3.30am. Management completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the situation. "
