"We'd booked a half-board stay as we had a hotels.com voucher to use. The hotel staff (Nicky) in the week before the stay were really helpful re the planned Sunday evening stay. Long story short, plans went awry on the day itself. Not only did the staff on the phone help, they went above and beyond and were fabulous.
