"Very centrally positioned B & B with a welcoming atmosphere, good size room(Spotted Owl) nicely presented and very clean as is the shower / WC area, Wonderful large comfy bed, how did they get it up those stairs? On a personal note we found the stairs rather awkward and the shower was a little slippery, would benefit from a hand rail. However we highly recommend this property"

"Disappointing. The quality of the room did not match the price. The pub did not have food service for the two nights of our stay due to lack of chef. There is nowhere else to eat within walking distance. The bar shut at 9. They did not have several of the elements listed on the breakfast menu and where frankly bemused by the idea of gluten free options. This despite actually stocking gluten free beer in the pub. I don’t like to leave bad reviews in these difficult times but they definitely need to be reviewing their pricing structure if this is what’s on offer. "
