Our stay from start to finish was excellent , very clean rooms well done house keepers , the reception staff where very helpful , and the breakfast selection , had something for everyone .

From entrance to exit this has been one of my favourite places I have stayed in. Booked on short notice as I was travelling and started getting a bit tired driving so pulled over and looked for something local to where I was. Glad I did as it’s now on my list if I’m working in the midlands. Check in was great by the owner and the lady working, quick and easy and shown to my room. The room was great, quirky and large and clean and was pleasantly surprised! Absolute value for money. Internet was...

Everything was clean the staff were very friendly and pleasant Breakfast was delicious the bar staff were also staff were great I had a lovely time at the Marston inn i would definitely visit again

Decent room, perhaps a bit of noise from guests (Friday night) but spacious and comfortable room. Reasonably priced. Pub meal was on point and better than it was previously. Staff were great. Parking was fine though not many spaces if arriving at a busy time.

The staff and food are brilliant the only thing that lets it down are the bathroom I have stayed about 7 times now beds are comfortable room clean and tidy just the bathrooms need updating having said that I will be back because the staff are so nice and friendly

We were given a good welcome. Although evening meals are not served, there were some good restaurants nearby ( food was delicious at Chiakos). Room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful even though one had been on duty for many hours with only a few hours sleep! Highly recommended.

Great stay. Room was huge family room, comfy beds and clean. We ate in hotel restaurant and food was tasty and service was good at dinner and breakfast next morning.

What is not to like. Beautiful, peaceful setting, lovely rooms, great food - liver and bacon to die for- friendly engaging staff. The breakfast box is a bonus. It means you have a great selection of cereal, fruit, pastries which can be grazed upon during the day. Even fresh milk and fruit juice

Great little spot, 100% recommend

An absolutely great little place, perfect for my needs The owner greeted me on my arrival and showed me to my little room which was clean and well maintained. Breakfast in the main house was fresh and there was plenty of it. I would definately recommend staying and I dare say I will be back. The only little niggle was the tv remote was grubby but that’s the only thing I can pick.

Nice room, great food, easy to park and lovely staff.

Excellent service and cleanliness, safety and parking. Caroline went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Very friendly, courteous and organised. Large room, big bed, safe and enjoyable.

The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy luckily there was a fan in the room as it was during the extremely hot weather and the windows opened too Great little shop across the road Everyone was really friendly and helpful

My husband and I absolutely loved it. Great breakfast too!
