"This was our 5th stay at Staverton. Overall we had another lovely stay however a couple of issues with lots of dust in our room, inexperienced staff in restaurant (given meal but ages for cutlery, child had an ice cream extra with 2 course meal and tried to charge £8 almost the same price as kids 3 course meal!!, breakfast buffet sparse and slow to refill having to wait with half a plate of breakfast for rest to be refilled). We will still return and hope these small bits can be tightened up then it will be perfect! "

"We got moved room at midnight, and had to move all of our belongings because the power in our room wasn't working, which was an issue the desk knew about when they gave us the room. Then, when I attempted to get a refund on the room for the night, we were offered free breakfast, but the lady on the desk was desperate to haggle down the number of days we got it for. Just felt very cheap and really made us not enjoy the stay."

"Absolutely stunning property with beautiful grounds and facilities. Food was extremely high standard and all staff very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The spa is stunning and offeres everything you need. Little slice of heaven"

"Mixed reviews overall, my room was generally pretty clean however, I found a hair in the bathroom that definitely wasn't mine as it was about 6 inches long onnthe tiles of the shower, the window didnt stay open without wedging something underneath it, decor was tired and the TV was no bigger than a PC monitor and looked lost on the wall and wasnt vaguely visible from the bed and everytime the fridge in the room clicked on and off it turned the TV off and on again (annoying to say the least). The fitness area however was quite good, the pool was a tad on the cold side but a good size, steam room was good and the salt sauna was outstanding, found the main restaurant to be quite pricey (£80 a head for 3 courses) so gave it miss so cant comment on quality of food. Overall a decent stay but lacking in some areas and given the three figure cost not bad value for money but not great "

"Room was nice, spacious and exceptionally clean. But the food was poor, avoid the Market kitchen. Brasserie 34 was the nicest. If you have mobility issues the hotel is massive and there is no assistance getting from the car park to reception with your luggage "

"We had a wonderful stay at Fawsley Hall. The interior stunningly reflects the Halls history and the rooms were spacious and peaceful. We dined in the restaurant which was relaxing and delicious. The following morning we had breakfast in bed which was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel stay. What stood out the most was the staff. They were impeccable & highly professional. They took great care to ensure we enjoyed our stay and couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. All in all it was lovely, relaxing breakaway from the kids and this will be our new go to hotel. Already looking forward to returning. "

"Room was clean and functional. Bar area was small but ok as wasn’t too busy. Too many emails and texts for check in and door code wasn’t received so still had to wait at reception to get that. We were going to use the pool but at £12 per person it was not worth it - there should at least be a concession rate for hotel guests. A functional stay but couldn’t consider it a good one. "
