Stayed while helping a family member move to Eynsham. All staff were very welcoming and friendly.

A beautiful cosy, friendly hidden gem in Witney. We were greeted by a friendly face as we walked in and took in the cosy local atmosphere. Then shown to our room. I’ll be honest I wasn’t expecting great things being abover a pub but the room was inviting and well sound proofed. I was very impressed. Staff were helpful when ordering a taxi to our concert and gave us a friendly welcome when we returned that evening. Would recommend !!

Property itself and the staff were excellent. Spotlessly clean, even had its own kitchen area, so more like a studio flat. Breakfast was great, and super friendly lady who manages the property and also cooks. The only very minor point that anyone could possibly mention was our bathroom floor had obviously at some time had a leak/flood and the was minor lifting of a couple of the edges of the laminate flooring, BUT nothing serious or to be concerned about. Would I stay here again if in the area,...

The bedroom was well equipped with everything that you might need. Comfortable bed and excellent facilities for making drinks in the room, the bathroom was equipped with quality products for showering and hand washing . Breakfast was superb with a wide choice of options. I extended my stay by a further night and dined in the restaurant. Taste and presentation complimented each other, the bar offers an extensive range of wines. beers, spirits drinks to please everyone. I will definitely be...

Stayed a couple of times now! Great place

Very friendly welcome at the reception to check in. Although the rooms are ‘compact & bijou’ they are spotlessly clean. The location is perfect with a number of shops/cafes located right outside along with a very efficient & regular public transport link into central Oxford.

Excellent overnight stay, conveniently positioned guest house with a leisurely 15 minute walk to centre of the city. Spotlessly clean, spacious room.

Large comfortable and clean. A bit quirky with help yourself breakfast, loads of choice and good quality food

Very nice place to stay staff very nice and room very clean.

Amazing little hotel in a back street, very clean and comfortable, we arrived early to drop our bags of as we had a tour later but our room was already available so they let us use the room straight away. Hardly any noise from other guests although there was a busy pub opposite the noise was minimal. Staff very polite, 20 minute walk to Oxford City Centre. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Stayed there in April. We travelled with another couple so had two rooms. We arrived very early and asked the manager if he minded if we left one of the cars there whilst we went out for the day to Blenheim Palace just down the road and he said it would be fine. We had a lovely welcome when we returned later, he was very friendly and very polite and showed us to our rooms straight away. We had room 6 which was at the back of the hotel and lovely and roomy and quiet. It was spotlessly clean...

I spend 500 nights there as for business so it must be ok. Good place, good condition hotel.

Great location for a stroll into Oxford. The breakfast was beautifully cooked with really good quality ingredients. Our room (No6) was at the rear on the first floor and not enormous but vey comfy and spotless with everything we needed. We were more than happy with the rate charged, particularly as we were able to park our car on site and not worry about expensive city centre parking. The staff were great and we plan to return to stay again very soon. Thanks for a great weekend!

It,s ok.
