"Stay was absolutely fabulous. Upgraded my room to a King and the comfort didn't disappoint. The staff were always friendly and knowledgable for restaurant pick or as for me I needed to do laundry and the staff promptly let me know how to get to the Washing Well. Shame I had such a short stay. Only thing I wish I knew is where the non slip mat would be found, the bath tubs are slippery when wet."

"I’ve left several reviews for this hotel, the main issue I always find is the lack of staff at busier times, I spoke to one member who was in charge of the reception, bar and restaurant, this is fine if the hotel is very quiet but not so good when busy. Rooms are great though, fairly limited breakfast but enough for my needs."

Was biker friendly also due to the weather they let us stay an extra hour. "Place was near where i needed to be bar staff in rhe day where very nice The room was big but afraid needed sone tlc haning coofee stains that hace ground in on the table kettle needed descaling some wall paper even over the snug bar area needed attention these details reflect on the ratings. "Simply stunning. Very comfy bed and a gorgeous deep bath. Excellent overnight oats in the fridge and a fantastic selection of tea and coffee. Quirky restaurant underneath with very friendly staff who serve a mean cocktail or three lol"
